Enjoy sweeping vistas of the Atlantic Ocean from this 2002 home perched among spruce trees above the rocky coast. Watch for bald eagles and seals. Fall asleep to the sound of crashing waves. Walk down to the edge of the ocean to lounge or picnic. The intrepid visitor can scramble ¼ mile along the shore to Reid State Park’s East Beach; others can walk or drive the 0.1 miles to the park entrance. Hike the Little River Trail. Vaulted ceilings, panoramic views, equipped kitchen, whirlpool bath.

The house has four bedrooms: on the first floor, a main bedroom with dual closets and an en suite bathroom; on the second floor, a room with a queen bed, a room with a double bed; and a room with a bunk bed (one double, one twin).

The kitchen has maple cabinetry and dolomite counters, and a full complement of small appliances for your cooking and dining needs. The dining room juts out towards the shore, with windows on three sides. For your workouts, there is an unfinished space looking out to the water, with an elliptical machine, a pull-up/bar-dip station, dumbbells. Yoga mats are available. Free electric-vehicle charging is available in the garage.
